Parents

Whether you are a new parent or an empty-nester, each stage in parenting requires us to move into new territory- and new can be exhilarating, but also scary and disorienting. I believe that every challenge that comes up for us as parents also carries with it an invitation to learn, grow, and gain better relationships with our children- and ourselves- if we are willing to open to it.
